The California Regional Consortium for Engineering Advances in Technological Education (CREATE) project is a joint effort between seven community colleges and over 50 large high tech engineering/technology employers. CREATE is also the Cisco Academy Training Center (CATC) for CCNA, Security, Wireless, and IT-Essentials curricula.  Our Regional academies stretch over many of the western United States.
